Our Team
Mr. Wheatcroft oversees sourcing, acquisitions, deal structuring, and portfolio management for new and existing investments. With experience across acquisitions, development, and asset management, he has held roles at Paravest Capital, Westmount Realty Capital, JPI, and Arbor Realty Trust. At Paravest, he led acquisitions, portfolio management, and capital placement for the Ford Family and other UHNWI. At Westmount, he managed investments across DFW and supported the firm’s Southeast expansion, contributing to over $100 million in equity and $200 million in debt placements. He holds a B.S. in Economics and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business.
Stephen Wheatcroft
Mr. Hopkins serves on the Investment Committee and brings over 40 years of real estate experience. He founded Paravest Capital and previously served as CEO of White Rock Commercial, where he oversaw all aspects of acquisitions, development, financing, construction, and capital markets. Prior to White Rock, he was Chief Financial Officer of INVESCO Real Estate for seven years, playing a key role in the firm’s global expansion. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with the Trammell Crow organization across multiple platforms. Mr. Hopkins holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
